Sara was the listing agent for our home in Shannon Glen (Dublin, OH) in 2023. She made several suggestions of what we should do prior to listing our home and checked in with us along the way. Additionally, she and her team member, Lara, came over prior to photos and did everything from vacuum, straighten up, swiffering, dusting, etc.
Her marketing was phenomenal - we listed @ $649,900 and by the end of the weekend, we had multiple offers and ended up selling for CASH at $737,000!!! That's $88K OVER asking price! PLUS she was able to negotiate several items we wanted to sell, 2-weeks possession after closing, and no remedies. Almost 2-years later, we STILL hold the highest price sold in Shannon Glen!
We feel like Sara's expert advice, knowledge of our area, staging and marketing efforts were what led to this wonderful result. She also helped us build our current home, helped manage through all of those timelines as we sold our home, and we couldn't be happier. Honestly we cannot recommend her and her team enough.

This is our second experience with these wonderful women and it did not disappoint! This time we were selling our home and they had great insights to help us really get top dollar in this market, from painting the exterior to hiring the amazingly talented Live Beyond Blonde stagers! I was always able to reach them and never had any doubt about their vision for selling our home. What’s more important, they understood the emotional part of saying goodbye to a home we had grown to love and really thought we would be in forever.
