For Sellers, it's not always about price, so this is where we may be able to pull other levers to uniquely position as the best offer. Price, inspection timelines, financial contingencies – we’ll cover it all. Let’s roll up our sleeves and get you that home!

Once we throw our offer into the ring, the ball’s in the Seller’s court—they can accept, take a pass, or hit us back with a counter. No matter their move, I’ve got your back, helping you decipher the contract’s fine print and strategize our next play. If your offer is accepted, we will send out detailed timelines and information that will help you understand all the necessary next steps!

Within the first few days after contract acceptance, you'll likely be depositing earnest money, starting your loan application, and setting up inspections. This will be another opportunity to confirm that the home is worth what you are paying. If not, we have some time to negotiate.
